Our commitment to client service leads us to continually look at new opportunities for steamlining our processes, engaging with clients and embracing technology, with the ultimate goal being to benefit our customers.

Over the past year we have migrated to a new workflow platform, changed our email system, launched a new website, and implemented Microsoft SharePoint for cloud based document management. This isnt the end for us, and will be an ongoing process, so you can expect to see some exciting additions to our client workflow practices in the near future.

The increased usage of cloud based technologies coupled with the requirement for fast, effective communication has unfortunately been held back by our current internet connection, which simply cant handle the pace. Due to this, we are in the process of upgrading to a dedicated fibre connection & this service should become active within the next 4-6 weeks. 

We will be making all possible steps to minimise any downtime from this changeover, however it is likely that there will be a short disturbance to our phone system, website & emails during this time. Our team will ensure to keep you in the loop, and provide more specific downtimes when we become aware of them.
