Here at PFS we are serious about quality processes and maintaining a low risk view for both our firm and our client’s financial affairs.

As accountants, we are required by both CPA and the ICA (both memberships we hold) to maintain a quality system.  Sadly, we’ve seen many firms pay lip service only to this requirement and use “window dressing” when they undergo a quality assurance (QA) review.

However, we’ve taken an entirely different view, we’ve integrated our processes and procedures into our system and we update them “live” as we go so that we can finetune them quickly, even daily. The most recent research into businesses that show a competitive advantage is the ability to take what they do every day and document and systemise it. That’s exactly what we aim to do.  We aim to systemise the routine functions and then add value with pro-active advice and support.
